2009/08/18 - Apache AxKit has been retired.

It's getting to that time when axkit.org needs a site redesign.

I just can't do it. It would end up looking like a 3 year old took her 
crayolas to it. So I need your help.

I need someone to come up with a new design - it needs to have some 
sort of more direct affiliation with apache - probably by use of the 
Apache feather somewhere in the logo, and possibly by looking a little 
more like the other apache sites (though that's not really all that 
necessary since they all look different anyway!).

Once you come up with the design (in XHTML 1.0 Transitional or Strict), 
I'll port it to templates and wrap our site around it's look.

Also Kip Hampton may wish to share his redesign ideas with you, but 
he's extremely busy right now with a house move and job change, so I'd 
rather not pressure him at this time.
