XSP errors are fun eh? Unfortunately I have no idea, since you didn't include code that triggers the error, and especially since you now can't repeat the error. I suspect it's just some tag being triggered in the wrong position - for example <xsp:element/> outside of the user-root element, which would probably cause the above nightmarish error. XSP.pm could really do with some more error checking in it's code, but most people are afraid to touch it (even me, these days ;-) Matt.
