Yes, please supply patches - I'd be happy to roll them into SVN. Unfortunately a project like this only gets worked on by those using it actively, and although it's happily chugging away on my web site (running my wife's blog, and my photo gallery), I don't push it beyond that to need to hack much on the core code.
